Coffee, where we are concerned about special attention to quality not only when selecting grains but also when processing them so that they achieve perfect balanced roasting, balanced taste and experience.

Not only the grains of the Štrbské Presso come from the world’s finest plantations of 3 continents and up to 8 countries, but roasting is under the hands of the best masters with nearly 100-year-old family tradition in the Italian city of Trieste. Thanks to them, Štrbské Presso deserves the attribute of healthy coffee.

It does not happen that a large and small grain would be roasted together, and the prospect would be one undressed and the other beaten. Italian masters oversee strict sizing and even roasting.

Due to the variety of origin, a few unique coffee blends have been created, each with a unique flavor profile. Their next taste shift will be taken up by gentian, cardamom or cinnamon, which not only promote beneficial effects on health, but also follow the old tradition of coffee making.

All these blends are based on the highest quality Brazilian Arabica, Kenya and Ethiopia, and the Vietnamese robusta.
